What this site collects, and why.

1. Who we are

Sthuna is a trading name used by Abhas Kumar, an individual sole proprietor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You can reach me at abhas@sthuna.com.

2. What this site collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and enquiry type. That’s the only information sthuna.com collects from visitors. There’s no account system, no newsletter, and no other data-collecting feature on the site.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and analytics tools:

• Vercel Analytics: tracks pageviews and traffic. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t collect personal identifiers.
• A functional cookie (sthuna_country): remembers your country so pricing can be shown in your local currency. It isn’t used for tracking or advertising.
• Google Analytics (GA4): sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site — pages viewed, where you came from, and roughly how far you get before leaving. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity: records anonymized session behaviour (mouse movement, scrolling, clicks) and sets cookies to do so. It’s used only to find and fix confusing parts of the site. See Microsoft’s Clarity privacy documentation.

4. Why it’s held

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry.

5. Who else sees it

A few third parties are involved in running this site and answering enquiries:

• Zoho: delivers contact form submissions to my inbox as email.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Razorpay, or occasionally PayPal: only if you go on to become a paying client. The contact form itself doesn’t touch either.

6. How long it’s kept

Enquiry details are kept only for as long as needed to respond to you and handle any reasonable follow-up, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data this site holds about you. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact Abhas Kumar at abhas@sthuna.com, the grievance contact for this site.
